Q: What is the average utility fees in Xi'an city?
I am moving to Xi'an city in a couple days, and I am trying to sort out my budget before I get there.
I lived in Guangzhou for a year, but I was never told how much I paid per unit of electric water or gas that I used. However, my friend told that it was some really low number. I just know every 3 months when I paid the landlord it was about 300-400rmb. I am thinking that Xi'an should be cheaper than Guangzhou.
I live in a 2 bed apartment,my gas and electric together cost about 40 Rmb a month.Water and elevator plus general cleaning of community cost about 700 every 3 months as i live on the 22nd floor so pay more plus its a gated community building,but thats an average price not in the city center

depends where location location location in any city if you ant to live in a dump its cheap you want to live in a decent place its not so cheap
Well , it is dot going to cost you much for living there. about 50 yuan will be suitble for every day
