I assume they distribute those money's as part of the salaries of the employee's. Where else do they get money from? That's how they make money...it's just like if a street musician played money and you dropped it in his tin can. If you asked where does the money go that you dropped in the tin can you would say that it went to that street performer.

They do pay their staff with it, it's crazy to think but they count all of it up, put it into bundles of 100 and give to their staff on payday.

They could take it to the bank but that would be too much trouble. If you read other sites such as chinasmack.com their have been reports of this!

This just seems so open to abuse to me, think of it;

no record of how many passengers have travelled on your bus,

no tickets issued

a bucket full of cold hard cash (and no doubt a fair few forgeries).

Opportunity + Availability - Chances of getting caught = Certain Crime

hiddenjelly:

Depends on the bus route.

In Dongguan the long distance buses have conductors and give tickets. On the city routes the price is all the same.

To be honest they are trying to move it over to the ecard system, but there are some people who continue to pay cash!

A: "... through ..."?  Only "through" comes to mind is "Shenzhen agent can connect you with an employer, who's authorized to hire waigouren ... and can sponsor Z visa." It's not like every 10th person you meet in Shenzhen's hood can sponsor work visa ...  The only way to change from student to labourer visa is just a regular way by: 1. Finding an employer, who'll apply for an Invitation letter; 2. Exit China and apply for Z visa in your home country's Chinese embassy; 3. Enter China in 30-days after Z visa was stamped into your travelling instrument ...As I am aware, you won't be able to switch to Working permit by remaining in China....,so make ready for a return to your home .... -- icnif77
