Q: what does shortlisted mean?
under Jobs Appled For, it lists my applications as applied, and viewed. One of the applications status is: shortlisted. And it has a little green check mark next to it. What does this mean?
Shortlisted (Past Simple & Past Participle of 'shortlist' ...) standz for:
A short list or shortlist is a list of candidates for a job, prize, award, political position, etc., that has been reduced from a longer list of candidates.
I'd say, you can soon expect an invitation for an interview ...
