Honestly,I am sick of reading that.what about you guys?
Completely agree, maggie.
Daniel, meet Victoria. Victoria, Daniel.
1. Go and get a room together.
2. Tell each other about your sexual exploits.
3. Realise how boring people are who only talk about themselves.
4. Find some real interests.
DanielC.Cooper:
oh, I'm sorry if I'm boring, but really a reference to Victoria that's deep considering I've made I think 2 posts, one asking about a 3 phrases, and the 2nd to share what I thought was a funny story, so to attempt to clear my air, I've only had one girl, probably a bit more clean then you my "sarcastic" friend. Good day.
That seems to be the current topic...some people just love to talk about 'me,me,me'.
I dislike it much and just try to ignore and not read that trash.
All very true. But not just an echinacities, or even a China problem (although it does seem to be rampant here). Everyone is starting to really live their lives online and I see those threads as a kind of crowd-sourcing. Rather than reasoning through things on your own why not just collect opinions from a group of people that may know more than you on a given topic and go with the general consensus? It's all a bit too personal admittedly, but I do wonder if it makes more sense here than it would elsewhere because
1. Chinese youth are soo connected to the Internet
2. Sharing your problems and trying to come to a group solution is often how things are done here. In the past people would discuss things with their family but modern problems are things not faced by earlier generations (or at least not in the same way) - so coming to a solution by online forum perhaps replaces the more traditional form of group mentality in a country where people have little independence.
Samsara:
Actually, I think it's a plea for attention from shallow, insecure people. Broadcasting one's personal life in the hope that someone finds it interesting.
People who have personal interests (something that gives them a sense of fulfillment) don't do this.
I wish people would show there privates, and whoever Daniel and Victoria are; please make a video of any sexual exploits and post that for my sausage! Oooooh!
i'm sorry but it makes for good entertainment and target practice for my witty offensive comments
I have yet to meet a Chinese youth who discusses their issues with their parents. One of the reason is lack of communication skills of both parties. They are not taught decision making in school (nor is it even encouraged). Crowd sourcing is a natural evolution. These young people are trying to go against the grain of society and be independent and open. It's hard out there for a sheep. I totally understand young people like Victoria who have no example to follow.
happywanderer:
Yeah parents increasingly less so but "brothers" and "sisters" (cousins!!), that happens.
No, not really. many people mention personal things, you mention that you are married. I'm not saying that is wrong. It's all better than reading mattys questions and posts.
Victoria1987:
Maggie is judging. Some people like talking private things with friends andfamily. But my family and friends are too traditional.I can't talk these with them,so I come to internet...Just diffrent way for solving problems.I am a happy queen victoria
. By the way,is here any young handsome guy similar to my age here, pls contact me,I wanna do boyfriends interviews...TedDBayer:
I tried to get you one Vickie, but you said no too young and I got harmonized. I can just tell him to ask girls age first and then just add one year, works for me.
I'm not married, but I find that if I tell Chinese women I am, they are more likely to go out with me.
happywanderer:
This answer shouldn't get thumbs down. There are many women (obviously not all!) that like married men because they're seen as "keepers". That's as true here as anywhere else and perhaps more so.
Looking back over this thread I seem to of posted too much. I'm never posting on this particular thread again. Sorry for inflicting myself upon you all.
Actually, if that post caused you that much disgust since you misunderstood the meaning behind it, then don't worry I won't be posting again after this comment, I've only posted 2 question, but with the community I guess being fed up on anything around that nature, I'll just stick to reading the question during work instead of getting involved. Laters~
you can always read my question, its entertaining, why are so many people here infatuated with their units? Its all that seems to pop up on here.
