I'd look for a Sucker fish and get a decent BJ, but these puppies could do it.
It's probably cheaper to hire a girl to chew on your feet and way more fun.

on the serious side there are also places you can get small eel's to do the same thing however there was a story a couple of years back one guy had a eel go..... well let us say up stream through a small straw and had to get it surgically removed
