I'm not sure.  I've been welcomed and accepted whereever I go.  Maybe the ones that whine and insult china and yet somehow stay here.

While I don't want to use the word "racism" but I sense that black Americans are looked upon with distrust / disdain. Treated okay to their faces but I have listened to personal comments from Chinese assistants that are based on nothing but skin colour.

IMHO.

I'm assuming you mean accent and for that it would be British English as the accent is very difficult to hear especially as Chinese learned are accustomed to American English through movies and tv.
