Q: Can I directly apply as an ESL to any school in China?

I am a foreign ESL teacher. I have been sending my application online. Is there any possibility that I can get a job in China  by applying directly to the school?

There's thread somewhere I wrote about that, but I can't find it, so here it is again:

1. Enter name of the school into any search engine ...

Most of the schools in China have web address with "Contact Us" option.

2. Prepare your CV, copy & paste and send it to their contact.

I suggest, you send only written text without files attached (photo, passport and all required) with notice something in the line "I am unable to attach my files, but I can send them to the school's email address .." and wait for the reply.

Don't forget to write your email address!

I run Mac puter without Windows OS and I told them my files aren't compatible with Windows OS, but if they reply from the employer's email address, I will send them all required files in an open form.

I had that notice written on the bottom of CV.

Good luck!
