Unlike at home, if someone says they will do something, most people i have met here probably won't do it for you, despite my eternal optimism that they will keep their word.
Scandinavian:
I agree. Chinese people might offer you help without you asking for it, and then you might get help, but if you ever ask for help nothing will happen.
that some people just cant understand you,
that common sense is a uncommon,
that paper in the toilette= bad,
that if you want to invade china, do it during lunch,
99Silva:
oopsy wally wally oops oops he big and bad...you've learned many things since coming here
Scandinavian:
you can also invade during rain, Chinese soldiers get a cold if they get wet, and needs to go home to their mommies for some boiled grass
Always pretend that you have not seen anything, heard anything, or said anything!
It's all about money.
Scandinavian:
the funny thing is that I am not sure locals will see the negative side of that statement
by the way to answer your question:
Wing Chun. That what i learnt
Never trust a Chinese person and really don't trust a Chinese person pretending to be a stupid foreigner just because.
If there are 99 common sense solutions to a problem and 1 dumbass solution, expect the Chinese to select the 1 dumbass option. You can then demonstrate a much better and more efficient way to the Chinese. They will reply with the standard line "You're so clever" then revert back to the dumbass method as soon as your back is turned.
I learned that any white clothing you wore the first 3 months in China are likely to hav food stains from chopstick practice.
Trust is a sign of weakness and stupidity only to be exploited.
Makes my blood boil!
Respect of Teachers and Elders.
Scandinavian:
shouldn't you have learned this from home ? I know the Chinese likes to boast about how much they respect the elders, but in fact they treat them like kids and like they are a burden as soon as they have passed the age where they can cook and clean and go out with the kid of the family.
that to survive you have to look for the positives in your life and to keep cheerful and enjoy the experience
Don't go to the coffee shop when you are short on time.
play dumb and keep close to your enemy: soon or later
