Q: Why do people complain about one place but just won’t leave？
Someone don‘t like his/her hometown, so they leave to study or work in other city.
Someone don't like his/her country, so they leave to other "better country".
I can understand this.
Why I meet so many people, complain all the time but just won't leave? Does complain make u feel better?

No one is perfect. And I don't care if people believe or not that I've been to many countries in Europe, I don't mention it a lot, I tell people I was in Africa and loved it there.
Njord, the more I hear about u the more I like u. Love can happen between us if we r not together, otherwise, I don't know what I will do to u~ Keep u be only mine, maybe I will kill u to make sure u will not see other Chinese girl, or enjoy any sex with other Chinese girl. I don't know why people fight about this, I have been a foreigner, life in Europe is too quiet for me, as u know it's really loud in China, life in Africa is too dangerous for me, fights, AIDS. But what I think is all nice thing, and what I tell people is always nice thing……

I love China, just a pity some companies hire idiots from the USA to come here, Im sure the people who hired these idiots don't know better or understand English and assume you do a good job. If we want to make this site helpful for all, then we should not criticize and insult each other. we cant be all the same and have the same qualities, let the sun shine on all.
Fritze I agree with some things you're saying... I think that this place is also serving as a place for people to vent. You like the others must also have noticed locals also post some damn trolling posts that the admin and mods allow that serve no other purpose than to provoke a knee jerk response... We live in a country now that you and I both agree is a great place to live and it seems like me you've also resigned yourself to living here long term. But it is far from perfect, even wenna7 who's well traveled must admit, there's no place else in the world where the government must post signs, video billboards reminding people to behave civilized, not to do things in public that is common knowledge for a 5 year old in ANY other society... That tells you a society has problems. That is what most of us here are complaining about. You defending deplorable behavior is actually quite counter productive to everyone, why should people talk to with respect if you're going to support such behavior, you come off as an apologist and quite ashamed of your own culture, heritage and background, it's sad really.
But any least we r trying to tell people what is right to do in public.
The other day I read a news said there is a restaurant in Shenzhen, if u r too loud, someone will talk to u, and also like no smoke in public place(still a lot people do this, hate it.)
And I don't know, a few years ago, if u spit on the street in Beijing, there will be a fund for u, but there seems no one watching now……
I was watch TV last night, they were talking about sex education book for children is published in Beijing……
We r better now, trying to be even better, just need sometime.

Actually, HK people did so. I worked for 3 HK companies in the past, and two of them have HK staff smoke in office. And in my current company, 3HK staff all smoke in office, and the other 6 staff from mainland China don't smoke anywhere. On the other hand some Chinese people from ethically poor areas or have poor ethic heritage or have less education like to smoke outdoors regardless of how his behaviour affects surrounding people. I hate this very much. And hope our government some day will enforce the law to eliminate such annoying & rude behaviour. I'd like to tell those who smoke in public: contaminate only your air, not others'. We don't want to die of your rude behaviour- smoking in public.
You know Fritze, 'Mericans companies expand to China moar for money than humanitarian purpose. I think any expat from 'Mericans companies that get shipped here must do a good job, because if they don't, there is moar and moar chance for them to be repatriated for being incompetent.
Since they're here for profit because salaries in 'Merica are moar expensive. But the big problem is that while a 'Merican worker costs moar, he has also way moar productivity. Most companies suffer that issue, and it's because of people like you or Diaphragme, not able to innovate, that China can't attain its full potential.
Because I climbed the ladder from the bottom, I knew exactly why, they needed to learn the "work hard, party hard" doctrine. And no one is complaining about the high school musical, business style show we're working on. And they love the costumes, especially the lawyers who wear a crazy crow disguise and Pedro, the Mexican IT guy, who'll be dressed as a giant chili tamale!
By making my minions happy, they have way moar productivity, while still being inexpensive. In my case, HQ back in Montana, 'Merica, is pleased with my results.
I'm really to say it to you Fritze, but you're wrong. You have to halp Chinese get better instead of adopting a poorly productive mentality. They want to get better, so they have to learn, one spin-o-rama at the time, and you reward them with high fives and a tip of the hat.
Are you also adopting a Chinese man mentality with your Chinese girlfriend? I hope you don't carry her purse! Don't be like Rodney Alcala before he decided to man up!
I am not wenna,,she does not have my god given talent for crazy,nor the quick come backs,, 
i think itz totally ok for both chinese n foreigners to complain the stuff about the country or the cities they live in , itz just some common feeling, but some ppl r just a lil sensitive while hearing others complaining their own countries! nothing is perfect, but only when u come to know it deeply,love it or not, u complain! i hate china somehow,i complain, i'll leave,but i know one day i might gonna miss here as well !
It's better to complain about it with your friends and get it off your chest than keeping in to yourself, snapping and freaking out in public.
I do complain once in a while, but still I love it here.
There's no Utopia, everyone has something to complain about. But that doesn't mean they hate it.
Of course the ones that directly say things such as "China sucks bla bla my country is so much better" should go back home, they're just sad, stupid mood killers who can't enjoy what they have.
they are just not happy with with what they have and when they lose those things they had they really get pissed off
