A:Remember, by Chinese Law, only the Chinese version of the contract is valid. Your amendments and agreements in English are worthless even if Sealed. Have someone  competent and trustworthy translate the Chinese Version of the Contract before you sign it. It also needs the appropriate Seal to be valid. -- Aikidan
