Q: Where can I get my tongue pierced in Beijing?
I really want to get my tongue pierced but I'm a little concerned about finding a safe place to do it. I mean, none of my friends have tongue piercings, in fact i don't remember seeing even 1 Chinese with a tongue piercing here.
Are people afraid?

it's not something you want done incorrectly and it hurts,,,lots of nerves in the tongue.. I'm not big on the piercing and tatooing that have become so vogue,, then again I was always ahead of the curve,,never a follower,, i know what the tongue piercing is supposed to be for and if a GF said she was going to do it,, I would say don't..
Just find one of those guys that ride around on the tricycles with the megaphones. I'm sure they can do it 
There's one place in Xidan, Mingzhu that does piercings. I believe it's on the 4th floor.
Careful though, they'll overprice you if they see you're a foreigner. Typically, I think a tongue piercing can be done for something like 30 RMB, but I've had foreign friends who've paid 4-5 times that much...
