I know of one that's just come out. It's called "feeding the dragon". It's written by a brother-sister team who spent months travelling to all corners of China, collecting recipes, cooking with locals and exploring local cuisine. It's an amazing cookbook and really fun to read even if you don't actually try any of the recipes (which you should). You can order it online on Amazon. The details are in the link below.
