If you can find a walmart go there. They do sell smart phones in walmart. That's walmart not Wumart. I'm from the south so I side with that company for a reason.

I've seen phone stores sell phones with phone time included. Best to shop around. I never found Walmart to be the best price, but as price I can use as a guide to get a better deal.

doesnt matter where you are in china... "Taobao" is the best.. u get them at HK price..
