Q: Are you ready for the 11.11 T-Mall shopping day?

Just like the Black Friday, the T-Mall shopping day set a lot of records in the world, because of the big population. As the e-commerce economy in China is still growing, do you feel like joining?

Many sellers on taobao will offer discounts. But do you feel engaged? It's reported Katy Perry will give a concert for it. If you need that thing, put it on the shopping cart and place an order that day. It saves money though.

Do you know it? Talk about your experiences shopping online in China.

I just ordered a top-of-the-line pair of Columbia hiking boots on T-Mall.   11/11 is offering around 60% discount.  I put a 10% deposit and will pay the balance on 11/11.

T-mall and Taobao are wonderful for people who don't live in Tier 1 cities.  I can still access the same goods as a Tier 1 inhabitant.   In fact, for those of you who don't know, T-Mall is basically a way to go shopping in HK without leaving your living room.

A:I had a similar experience in HK. If I recall correctly, before or at the Z visa application, I had to submit ME from the ordinary HK clinic, where I explained why I need ME and I asked them to examine only necessary things (I don't remember the cost ...), and then ... I got Z stamp and when back in China, I had to complete another RP ME, which was on the employer, i.e. included in the Contract ...We've never discussed refund of payment for HK ME with my employer. Year 2013 ...I'd say, that is a regular thingy embassies around the world require, before issuing visas for LT stay in the country. "Vladimir Vladimiro-Witch ras-Putin" (LOL@your pronunciation ..) demands the same thingy before granting LT stay in Ruski.  ... Haa, 2013 was the Snowden's year. I was in Kowloon at the time of his landing .. with all these files ... I'm-Still-in-LMAO-State ... Cost for the ME in HK was around HK$ 2000/200 EUR, and ME was kind of swift, quicker and way shorter than on the mainland ... -- icnif77
