The Great Man, Roger Federer, is playing the whinging Scot, Andy Murray as we speak. Do you think he can beat him?
If he can then his reward will be the semi final against the also great Rafael Nadal.
Li Na plays her semi tomorrow against the hot young Canadian, Eugenie from Montreal.
Are you into this at all? I bloody well hope you are!
News flash; Roger's got an early break in the first set. GO ROGER!
Roger just won...hope he goes all the way. Rooting for Li Na for tomorrow's game. I think her experience will pull her through over Eugenie.
Got my money on my compatriot, Rafa to take it all. Man, I wish I were there. Love tennis and love Melbourne.

Yeah, Melbourne is a wonderful city.
Seems to me you've been everywhere, Red. Got any place left you want to visit?
Roger was majestic and the semi against Rafa shapes as another of the great encounters.
High hopes for Li Na tomorrow. Anyone know what time her match is on?

I usually have time only for girls tennis. They play slower…..Sharapova is my favourite (good looking) player. However, I'm constantly on the look-out.
Li Na won her semi this morning quite easily, as she has all her previous matches, bar one.
She's in red hot form and will be favoured to defeat the tenacious little blond in her third final at the Australian Open and finally become the champion.
Don't forget to watch Roger and Rafa in the mens semi tomorrow from 4.30pm.
For the record (thanks for your reply above, Brother) Melbourne time is currently 3 hours ahead of China time due to daylight saving.
I think Li Na is a winner .....I bet against her with my wife today because she had that young Canadian girl (another couple years) ....Canada vs China was fun in my household. I have a good bet (good odds from the beginning) that have Li Na a champion.
I think the men's is a little more unknown.... yes Nadal is #1 ..but but .... ...I do believe he will win it, but not betting on it. ..make any sense?
Li Na will bring the Championship to China ....... I don't think she cares about China...she plays for herself..good for her.
check out mixed doubles ...... China/USA team versus Canada/France team ...... when did China and USA ever team up before and Canada, at least my part of Canada, has no use for France or French or Quebecois... not a big draw, but I found it amusing.

The young lady Li Na played in the semi final this morning is from Montreal but I haven't detected anything but a Nth American accent from her in her post match interviews.
Li Na has only been able to realise her true potential since she distanced herself from the clutches of Tennis China about half a dozen years ago and proceeded to do her own thing. But I don't read this as a snubbing of China at all. She still lives in her hometown of Wuhan, rather than Florida, The Bahamas or Monte Carlo.
She's a ripper and my favourite tennis player. Female. Roger is my favourite male player, but I have enormous regard for his opponent tomorrow night, Rafael Nadal.
This is just another exciting time to be a sports lover.
BHGAL:
totally agree ..the tennis has been great ......Australia is a great place and they do a great job of putting on this "show".
Go "Li Na" Go
For goodness sake....stop what you're doing... Federer V Nadal is about to start.
If you haven't prioritized this as your number one thing to get into today, then all I can say is...it's a funny old world!
Well Li Na came through, winning easily and made a nice bundle doing it $1370000 not bad for little Chinese girl. Her husband must be te happiest man in China.
skunkman:
Congratulations to Li Na...loved her post-game interview on the court...
