Q: Cuban cigars in Beijing?

Is there a place where I can buy real cuban cigars in Beijing? I've seen some places, but they were really fishy. There are counterfeit cuban cigars everywhere in the world, so surely China isn't an exception to that. Problem is, the best way to spot a fake is to actually smoke it, but I don't want to waste money on fakes... halp?

I don't know, although it is probable a political belief, although pwesident Clinton and Obama didn't lift the Cuban embargo either.

This is why I really want to enjoy a Cuban cigar while I drink a glass of wine and my Chinese girlfriend gives me a back massage. I could never do such a thing back in 'Merica because of the embargo, so I figured I would do it in China, as I believe there is no Cuban embargo here.

Can you halp with a trusted place to buy cuban cigars?

Import your own. They will be fresher and much, much cheaper.

Just never order more than 80 in one month or you will pay one hefty import duty

This has been my source for several years.

I have to agree with Martin1947 sometimes is easier to find authentic cuban cigars online. I ordered a box of Montecristo No2 at cigarofcigars.com and boy this Montys are good. Is there a better picture of the true pleasures of life than what Pouitne described Im so jealous right now...

A:I had a similar experience in HK. If I recall correctly, before or at the Z visa application, I had to submit ME from the ordinary HK clinic, where I explained why I need ME and I asked them to examine only necessary things (I don't remember the cost ...), and then ... I got Z stamp and when back in China, I had to complete another RP ME, which was on the employer, i.e. included in the Contract ...We've never discussed refund of payment for HK ME with my employer. Year 2013 ...I'd say, that is a regular thingy embassies around the world require, before issuing visas for LT stay in the country. "Vladimir Vladimiro-Witch ras-Putin" (LOL@your pronunciation ..) demands the same thingy before granting LT stay in Ruski.  ... Haa, 2013 was the Snowden's year. I was in Kowloon at the time of his landing .. with all these files ... I'm-Still-in-LMAO-State ... Cost for the ME in HK was around HK$ 2000/200 EUR, and ME was kind of swift, quicker and way shorter than on the mainland ... -- icnif77
