Q: Do Chinese do the whole "new year's resolution" thing?

Not sure where this tradition came from. Guess I'm assuming its from the US or Europe.

It's China's traditional festival,why it from Europe or US?

do u think they have a longer history than China ???

What an assinine response. :( New Year's resolutions and their origin HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH CHINA AND YOUR WORDS ABOUT CHIN-AAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHH'S HISTORY have NOTHING to do with the topic either!! :(

Europe IS ALSO thousands of years old..but you probably didn't know that did you? :(

Hi Beetlebee. In reply to your question..no. (Based on my observation and what I've heard.) Yes, it did originate in Europe..the Romans specifically.
