Q: Does anyone know an honest real estate agent in Nanning?

I need to sell some property in Nanning. I was wondering if anyone knows and honest real estate agent there and if it is a good time to sell. Thank you.

I do know a few, but would not trust any, nor put my hand on the fire either for any of them.

As for being the right time, it will dpend on what you have to sell and where it is located.  Low to medium price range, near downtown is in demand, high end  and on the outskirts of the city will take time.

A:Chinese are generally pretty tolerant friendly and accepting whatever foreigners do.  I spent 15 years in China but I wouldn't say there are that many don'ts....Don't assume that many people speak English though and learn some Chinese. Don't speak much about politics unless you want to praise Chinese system.  -- Natalie363
