why this sentence without any commas or full stops in it ? that made me feel a little confusion . the sentence means apply for a driver license you need provide the bike invoice and other receipts when you buy this electric bike. get license don't need test. and the it will spent you about 200 Yuan RMB Smile

You DO NOT need a license for an e-bike. You also DO NOT need a license for an LPG scooter, but you can't buy them anymore (but if you can find one second hand...)

A:Chinese are generally pretty tolerant friendly and accepting whatever foreigners do.  I spent 15 years in China but I wouldn't say there are that many don'ts....Don't assume that many people speak English though and learn some Chinese. Don't speak much about politics unless you want to praise Chinese system.  -- Natalie363
