I am not sure what is the special name for that bicycles , ( 我想租自行车) Wo xiang zu zı xing che... means = I want to rent a bicycle,

you can say this sentence to someone working for the park, they can show you where is the bicycle renting area i guess.  You will see inside the park different kind of looking bicycles, renting area was near the No.7 enterance door of century park, there are also small boats near riverside, you can also rent those :)
