Q: How to deal with pollen allergies in China?
My hey fever is about to flair up and I'm wondering how other expats with the same problem have any good tips or know of any good meds which are easily available in China?

What you could try is wet a cloth and drape it over your head. You want to clear the sinuses. Also you can go to a JIn Jin Bang like a Sauna and sweat out the impurities in your body. That should make you feel slightly better. Oh and drink plenty of fluids, but most importantly H20~
