Well, I've never had that problem. But if I did, I'd probably get annoyed enough to either yell, or make some threats. I've never punched anybody, but I'd certainly be tempted. There are ways. Hang out with friends all the time and ignore him. Avoid him like the plague. Ask a strong male friend to have a talk with him. You know, the usual.
With only a small amount of blood running to the engorged area too much blood is left in the brain coursing confusion.
