Q: How to find a job 'out of the box' in China?
Out of Box means which is creative and entirely different from other random jobs.

The same as anywhere else. What are you good at. Being a painter is out of the box but if you cant paint......
You should ask yourself what you're good at. Even if you find an "out of the box" job, if you can't do it their not going to give it to you.
If you want a creative job do it yourself. If you work for others or are planning to look for work nothing will be out of the box. Take a look at some examples in history and you will get an idea. The wright brother made the first airplane in North Carolina and thus created the ability to fly. Steve jobs helped create all those apple products. The facebook guy created that social networking website etc.,
