I'm confused didn't this guy get deleted years ago?

I remember there was always this one account with no name and an avatar of a local guy who would sometimes post kinda aggressive anti-foreign stuff I swear this was him.

And when I click on the name it says "access denied" like a banned user would.

What gives?

Can't change your gender.  those poor souls who go thru that _____ (I can't think of an appropriate term) ,  notice how they all (98% I bet) are miserable souls.

Accept how you were born and make the best out of your Life.

*now one can certainly be more feminine or masculine as they like, regardless of gender.

Sex is like pizza. It is always good. However Chinese pizza most often uses sub standard cheese, not sure what the heck Pizza Hat calls meat. In China sex is like pizza. It is good, but you have no idea if you will have a bad stomach after.

I don't get it either. It was my viqlo account. It only had 2 posts and the level was peasant. Admin did something to remove the name, changed the avatar and even the number of posts. Very strange!

A:I had a similar experience in HK. If I recall correctly, before or at the Z visa application, I had to submit ME from the ordinary HK clinic, where I explained why I need ME and I asked them to examine only necessary things (I don't remember the cost ...), and then ... I got Z stamp and when back in China, I had to complete another RP ME, which was on the employer, i.e. included in the Contract ...We've never discussed refund of payment for HK ME with my employer. Year 2013 ...I'd say, that is a regular thingy embassies around the world require, before issuing visas for LT stay in the country. "Vladimir Vladimiro-Witch ras-Putin" (LOL@your pronunciation ..) demands the same thingy before granting LT stay in Ruski.  ... Haa, 2013 was the Snowden's year. I was in Kowloon at the time of his landing .. with all these files ... I'm-Still-in-LMAO-State ... Cost for the ME in HK was around HK$ 2000/200 EUR, and ME was kind of swift, quicker and way shorter than on the mainland ... -- icnif77
