I can't tell you about a school, because I did it myself.  I went to the office with my college diploma (original and one copy), ID photos and passport , filled the application, and waited about 45 minutes, and got it.  they spoke some English, I used electronic translator. 

I will not let any employer have the original, made color copies and look as good as original, they can have any of the copies.

Within a week if all documents are in order.

I waited less than a day.

What is the cost for a FEC? Anybody know the exact address?

In most cases, the FEC will issue within five working days; should the particular employer have a very good working relationship with the local FEC office (or the provincial FEC office in those provinces where the FEB is still on a provincial and not local level), the FEC can issue within a few hours.

As for the cost of the FEC, I am not sure of the direct cost but if the employee for whom the prospective employer is seeking an FEC have a checkered and on-record not-so-great employment record in the PRC, the indirect cost may be substantial depending upon the circumstances.

And concerning the poster above, for which province are you seeking the address of the FEB?
