I tried to study one English article every week, but there are still some words I can't find the definition after I looked them up online. I went around to ask many native English speakers for help, but eventually they are tired of helping me for free.
So I am thinking of hiring a private English teacher to help me to study those words and help my pronounciation.
I want to know the fee of an English teacher(Native speaker) in Shanghai.
I want a lesson every week. Maybe 1-2 hours,

Thanks for sharing. Spider.
But when I look for strike-led in the online dictionary you shared, I still couldn't find the definition of this phrase.

"A US aircraft carrier-led strike group is headed toward the Western Pacific Ocean near the Korean Peninsula, a US defense official confirmed to CNN.".
A group of warships in which an aircraft carrier is playing the lead role.
Definition of “led”
“Led” in most cases is a verb. It is the past tense and past participle of “lead” as a verb when the pronunciation of “lead” rhymes with “bead.” Consider the following examples:
Example 6: She led the team to victory last week in the championship game (“led” is a verb in past tense form).
Example 7: She has led the team to victory in the championship game (“led” is a verb in past participle form).
It depends, maybe 250 per hour with a coffee

Normal rate in my 2nd tier city is 150 to 200 per hour, so I magine shanghai is going to be more expensive
Depending on how nasty you look, you might be able to trade oral sex for it.
Don't you have a lot of foreigner friends on wechat? Why not ask them? Or even here on ECC.

Because it SUCKS ARSE being used to constantly help someone for which it's one's job... or to not get paid anything in return (of even marginally similar value).
I mean, "I'll buy you a cup of coffee" doesn't come even close to the 250RMB that a teacher should expect for this sort of thing. Nor even for a much cheaper student charging only 100RMB...
Serious answer...I was at a factory in Shanghai last week and the owners 16 year old daughter is having private English tuition. A 1.5 hour private lesson is costing him 550 RMB!
