Q: How old does your chinese girlfriend look like?
i have been talking with a girl I thought was 30, instead she was 24 and again, one of my student looks like 17 while she a 24yo GM of a local advertising company. So at this point i gave up to guess the age of a chinese girl. But still Im curios for the next question I will put, once this has been answered: how old does your chinese gf look like and whats her real age?

BTW Just like your student I look 17, but I'm 24. (I'm not Chinese)

You complained that no one is responding, so I wrote I'm not the right person to answer this since I've never had a Chinese girlfriend. I'm a heterosexual European female.
From my own perspective, I can say that many Chinese people have told me they thought I'm 17, when I'm actually 24. Just like what you thought about your student.
My gf is 19, but she looks like 16 or 17.

my gf is a dumpling maybe, but just for me, she is the first girl I have ever met who thinks a fun night is lounging around at home eating homemade tacos and hamburgers for dinner, then having a running commentary while we watch retro horror/scifi flicks (also Mystery Science Theatre 3000, which we both LOVE), then having enough energy left to go play pool/snooker for 2 hours and eat bqq.. and then.. go home and....

I was told the other day my girlfriend looks 20 years younger than she is.
That is the beauty of Chinese ladies.
My wife is 51 and a lot of other Chinese reckon she looks about ten years younger. Definitely something in the Chinese DNA.

There are beautiful women everywhere. Not all "non-Chinese" are fat or ugly.
I'm not Chinese, I am South Korean. I am 37 but people always tell me I look 23-27 and ask what I eat/do to stay so young looking. But I am in the U.S. so maybe in China they will have a better idea of how old I really am?
When I met my girl friend I thought she was 15 until she asked me to go for a beer. I didn't go to meet her, but her collie. She is short, thin and has tiny hands. Her petiteness isn't that appealing, her cuteness is. She is 36.

first off , here is why i'm thumbing your question down (i'm not one for political correctness and i'm not polite in my posts but you asked)
your question comes off as creepish. there are a lot of weirdos who come here becoz they like women who look like children. it is not a secret that asian women look significantly younger than their actual age because of petiteness, style of dress, less likely to smoke and drink and genetics also in countries like china women are encouraged to look feeble and weak. they do not do sports to tone up.
and you give poor examples, 24 yo looks 17 , that's actually quite normal. ted's example is what sets asians (chinese) apart from the rest. 34 y/o looks 15.
i forgot to mention that telling ages across racial lines also screws up our ability to guess ages.
you would have been better served to make your question more general, "chinese women " not "chinese gf" because it comes off as objectifying women .

I love what the genuine locals have to say and it gives a great insight to understanding

but when you get paid trouble makers coming on here I find it affects the way I treat people when I am on the street

My gf is 28 acts like 48 and looks like 18. She is an old soul in a new body. She is very logical and does uses her emotions less than many woman I know.
Does it matter? I find personality to be more important.
But since you asked, I'll say that not all of them can help being petite. If you were like my wife, growing up with severe hunger pains and not getting much food, you'd be pretty short once you were done growing.
Many of them look younger than their real age, but many look older. I know a girl who is 25, but looks 48... she's a great lady, and I work with her several times a week.
I agree with crimo, though.
EDIT: And now for my edit. If you're one of "those" guys who likes girls who look young, well... I think that's pretty sad. What happens when she gets older? Is she tossed aside for a younger one? Find a woman you enjoy being with, regardless of whether or not she's tall, young (legal), old, short, fat or skinny... or a mixture.
