No. You'll have to study hard and show dedication. You should buy Chinese learning books and also get materials from the internet.

How?? I mean, really... other than BRIBERY and CHEATING, how do you expect to pass an exam without knowing the material (ie studying it)???
If by 'study' you mean only ploughing through books endlessly, and copy copy copy what's in front of you... then yes, there is a way. It's called 'using it'. Get out of the library, get your head out of the books, and start talking to the locals, reading their newspapers, and chatting on QQ.
