Q: I think I have cheated what can I do???????

I am in a big trouble, as i told you i,m living in in the north of china shenyang teaching english there and and the other day my school just asked me for the passport to register in the education beureau. I have already the Z visa which is arranged for other company so the school shouldn,t be worried about that problem. When I ask for my passport they just reply they will go back to me in the same day but every day they tell me as soon as possible i just have the copies of my passport. What can I do to recover my passport?
Phone your embassy or consulate. They will pressure whomever has your passport to return it PDQ.
As you said, you are working illegally at the school. Your Z visa is for another company, not the school. Judging by your English, you are not a native speaker, so you seem to be illegal on several levels. You went into this job intending to cheat the school, the students and the system, and now you accuse the school of cheating you?
SAFEA will recover your passport, but I suppose you expect them to let you go and work illegally somewhere else. Bad news - they will probably kick you out of the country, and ban you for ten years - if you're lucky.
Your alternative is to wait until the school is finished using you as much as they possibly can, and hope to get your passport back so you can leave. They are holding you hostage with the passport, and there is little you can do about it without reporting yourself.
There is nothing to stop them saying they never had your passport. As an illegal, your credibility with the authorities on that point is very low.

All the private language schools in Shenyang, or at least all the ones where I have acquaintances, have been asked to provide information to the PSB over the past week, undoubtedly connected to the July 1st legislation. In addition to this, the Chinese Games start in Shenyang at the end of August and I'm guessing the PSB will want any illegals out of the way before important dignitaries from across the country arrive.
As Traveler has pointed out, things are looking bleak for you now. Start planning an exit strategy as there is nothing that anybody on here can do to help you!

if they dont give you the passport back, go to your embassy and say that it was lost, report it lost to the police and find another employer and start again.

There is still the problem of getting a visa in the passport. They will check up on his previous visa, and find out he is illegal.

You're a victim of forced labor. Do the following steps:
1. Call your embassy,
2. get your passport back,
3. leave China.

i hope you get your visa back as they make you board the plane back to your own country.
if you decide to do things illegally you are screwing yourself not the system.
thank you for your advices, i will probably get a new passport. They cannot cancel my visa because they didn,t arrange it.

They will still check where your last visa came from, and then you will be caught as an illegal. You can't stay in China without a visa.
Are you even sure your visa is valid. If it came from another company, they may have cancelled it. Since it came from another company, it also isn't legal.
I have more sympathy for a cheating teacher than a cheating school. Next time, follow the law, and you won't be this kind of pile of crap.
Why don't you go ask the education bureau drectly?
I sincerely hope that you aren't teaching English.
