Q: Release letter and FEC cancellation
Hi, my situation is this...I resigned from my school giving them 30 days notice., notifying them end of Aug and me being prepared to teach there in Sep. They said no, we want you to keep teaching for 3 months then we will give you release letter and FEC cancellation letter. I said no, i only have to give you 30 days. Since i stood my ground the school won't reply to me anymore. Because they don't reply i haven't gone back there as im not in China currently......When my RP expires next year am i going to still need to get release letter and FEC docs from this school to work in another school?

if you leave China and have not been fired (ultimately affecting your visa) once you come back it is like starting over again. so its a non-issue if you left China on good terms.
