Q: Restaurants in China that only offer the menu in Chinese, have you been?

I know of one place that is quite famous for celebrities. That's what I've heard anyways. I looked at the menu and it was entirely in Chinese. Have you ever been to these types of restaurants or know of any? How do you order if you are unable to read it?
