Q: salary issues not been paid yet.
its still been 7 days since when i am suppose to be paid my wages i am on a legal working visa and my schools owns me 7500 yuan in wages as my school headmaster or fao never reply to my message emails or phone calls.
here are some options
1. give my headmaster 24 hours notice to give the wages or report him to safea..
2.report him directly to safea
3. stop going to classes and report him to safea.
if i stop going to classes would i be blacklisted or not.
what is the best solution in getting my unpaid wages if i dont get paid or no replies.

ask your school for the location of the SAFEA office - both verbally and in an email, outlining why you are taking this step
give them a few hours to give you your pay - 24 is a generous amount of time
go to SAFEA with all the relevant documents and emails
