It's better than Oslo or Tunis.

Are you that desperate for points? It's sad because you actually give well thought answers, but your questions are really lacking both in term of intelligence and funny potential. You should stick to answering questions, really.

I mean, look at your question. I could have answered "yes" and it would give me 4 easy points with a chance to crit, but i try to elaborate more, to deserve those 2 points. You, on the other hand, deserve to be downvoted for this question with so few potential.

I am disapoint.

I think it is as good as any city in China for learning Mandarin Chinese. After almost a decade here and living in 6 different places, from the north to south and the east to west, I feel it is the student and their diligence, not the school or the place, it is all China and everywhere you go if you try you can improve your Chinese...

A: Chinese are generally pretty tolerant friendly and accepting whatever
A:Chinese are generally pretty tolerant friendly and accepting whatever foreigners do.  I spent 15 years in China but I wouldn't say there are that many don'ts....Don't assume that many people speak English though and learn some Chinese. Don't speak much about politics unless you want to praise Chinese system.  -- Natalie363
