Since the olympics began the capital of China has restricted some drivers on certain days to not drive. The reasons for this is because they wanted to cut down on the pollution as much as possible. During the Olympics it was reported that they had some success and continued with this rule in Beijing. So how do the drivers deal with the restrictions to drive on the road?

Easy, cars with even ending numbers on license plate are allowed to drive one day, and those with odd ending numbers drive the next day.
The poor are screwed up, but the rich just make sure that they have two cars, one with the license plate ending even, and another with an odd ending license plate.
Same thing happened in Mexico City years ago when they started this. At first it worked, until word spreaded out and you got the second car.
I wonder how many people just have 2 licence plates
