Some girl (25 y/o) told me she was a 3S, I pretended I knew what she was talking about. What is it????

I've just carried out a survey of Chinese ladies to find out what a 3S girl is (very limited survey of 2!) and they don't know what it means.

I have heard of the 4 F ladies but never of the 3 S ones. My experience is that the "left over" ones start at 30, if she is 25 she is not there yet. Maybe pushy parents, or she is not a model type.
