Try c-trip.com or elong.com

Both have decent English websites (as well as Chinese), and work a bit like skyscanner.com in reviewing all the available flights for your chosen route. They even have a monthly chart to show you when the cheapest flights are in a certain time period. And elong.com is a subsidiary of Expedia, so you know it's good Wink
