I like baozi. Favourite is 'waipo' or 'mati' or 'guantang' or 'shuijing' or 'hongdou' or.........
I'm a big fan of the dabing youtiao (大饼,油条) combo. Make sure to ask for the sweet version of the dabing.
Jianbing! Who doesn't love that pancake-like snack that's soft on the outside and crispy on the inside!
Roubao: Baozi with meat(rou) inside. And my fav is 'cha ye dan' (tea leaf egg) slow cooked eggs in a big pot with tea leaves. I also like the congee with the preserved egg in it.
It's all fugging poisonous. Eat what tastes good and don't worry about tomorrow. You're living in China and can't help it anyway.
I love baozi/Hunan bread thingies/laoganma egg fried rice/dumplings/CNHLS.
Curry and beef baozi. I still havent figured out how to pronounce it, like Ka-Ree, 75% of the time Iget it and the rest they look at me, astonished, like the have no clue what Im saying, even though the dude in front also ordered Curry Baozi and I know the have it. When I can get it its good, also there is vegetable baozi (cai bao) which again is good when I manage to hit the tone right and can get it.
