Q: What other programs are good to get enrolled in colleges in China other than language programs?

I like to stay in China for a few more years and wonder what other programs I can study for.  My Chinese is at simple conversation level.

What do you actually plan do to with your life, or is it more of a have fun and waste mommy's and daddy's money until they cut you off kind of thing.  Because the bigger Universities will offer "Chinese Culture" and other foreign languese that you can spend a few years hear going for.

I'm not trying to rip on you or anything.  I have a good friend that his parent just pays for him to live in various countries to learn various cultures and dialects, and I'm just saying there are so many minor programs that he was able to expand an extra year here without even a second thought before he moved to another country to learn.

A: Chinese are generally pretty tolerant friendly and accepting whatever
A:Chinese are generally pretty tolerant friendly and accepting whatever foreigners do.  I spent 15 years in China but I wouldn't say there are that many don'ts....Don't assume that many people speak English though and learn some Chinese. Don't speak much about politics unless you want to praise Chinese system.  -- Natalie363
