I would say more than 50%, but less than 100%. That's an educated guess! There is really no way of finding this out. You can only make a general assumption because even if a stastic existed for this kind of thing it won't be accurate!

I question what you define as the "Big 4"

If you mean individual mainland cities, those would be; Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou & Suzhou ahead of Shenzhen.

If you're talking about metro regions, Shanghai + Suzhou would tie in together as would Guangzhou + Shenzhen then you're left trying to decide which metro region sits in 4th.
