From a Chinese cookbook of autumn and winter dishes:
Nourishing soup: red bean fish soup
Raw material: 1 carp, red bean 50 grams, dried tangerine peel 2-3 tablets, 2-3 slices of ginger and garlic to taste, salt, ground white pepper.
Practice:
1, adzuki beans with water and soak for 1 night to fully bubble up open;
2, the carp removal of fish scales, gills and visceral, scrape the the black maw wall film rinse and dry the fish on the surface;
3, garlic husk, dried tangerine peel with clean blisters soft, cut wire scrape albuginea;
Pour into saucepan heat oil, 6 into the heat under ginger and carp;
5, the carp on both sides fry golden, add the garlic and fry;
6, pour the right amount of water, dried tangerine peel and red bean fire to boil;
7, turn a small fire to burn about 1 hour, add a little salt, pepper seasoning.
Boil some chopped ginger in water. After 30 minutes, take the ginger out, wait for it to cool and drink it in one go.
Yep, it's strong, but it gets you over a cold.
Scandinavian:
I had a doctor recommend boiling the ginger i Cola to get over a cold. warm flat cola with ginger taste, not the worst thing to have, but would rather have the cola cold and skip the ginger
DEAR ONES, IF THE GINGER TEA WORKED, IMAGINE: AN END TO THE COMMON COLD . . . WOULDN'T WE ALL BE DOING THAT? WHETHER YOU USE WESTERN, MEDICINE, TRADITIONAL CHINESE B.S., OR JUST LAY IN BED AND DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS, THE RESULTS ARE PROVEN THE SAME: one week in bed to get over a cold. end of story, kids.
I like Lisa Douglas recipe from Green Acres,, hot water soup.
