It depends. Are you a Chinese teacher? Many foreigners, myself included, are horrified by Chinese teaching methods. Most schools try to jam information into student's heads through hours of bland repetition and outdated techniques without utilizing higher brain functions like creativity and problem-solving that are most effective in passing on information.

first off im american, when it comes to teaching everyone has their own method . its not about which one is right or wrong or better. there are different waysto get the job done. the problem is some foreign are nothin in their own countrie and come here and try to act like they are a big deal, these are the ones who never make friends with locals and they come here and want the school to stop and spin around for them

Phuck.... All the Chinese Pre-Madonna teachers trash talking about the foreign teachers and whining all day how we make 1000 times more than them... I always bust their balls for giggles and shits just to give them a real reason to piss and moan... Laughing out loud Laughing out loud It's hard to do with all the naps they take then interrupting their QQ and Fetion time and their hard schedule teaching their 2 classes a day to our 5-6 a day... Laughing out loud Laughing out loud Laughing out loud

Sometimes I'm an expat boss but I quickly check myself. I hear you and I also hate it.

My gf is the bossiest expat ever and I've cringed watching her talk to and about others on occasion.

Wenna's solution of 'don't say anything' is sooooooooooooo Chinese!
Chinese never say anything about anything.
Westerners however are more direct. If someone displeases you just tell them so they will stop. There are many ways to tell a foreigner to stop being bossy; choose the right one and they will understand.

Never keep quiet about it because it will become a big ball of frustration that will eventually explode on someone who doesn't deserve it.
