Q: Where to buy cheap furniture in China?

Where can I find cheap furniture in China? Specifically, I am looking for a computer desk.

Are there any places that sell used furniture?

I am not looking to spend much more than 600rmb, because I can't take my furniture with me when I leave.

Thanks.

Haha, you, my friend, haven't accessed taobao yet. I spend 500 a month there; food, furniture, espresso maker, textbooks, HDD, roller blades; the list is endless.

I got a great computer desk (multiple shelves, pull out keyboard, locking doors) there for about 150 yuan shipped to my door. They had 10 designs in 20 color schemes.

Without knowing where you are, it's difficult to answer your question.

Check the local furniture markets in your town.

If you're renting, ask the landlord to get you a desk.

Just walk down any alley of a commercial street and you should find a furniture shop.
