High-heeled shoes are a phenomena of Chinese women's wear.  They may be sexy but they cause no end of problems to the wearer, particularly the damage they can cause to the lower spine.  In any case, they are a staple of ladies' shoes stores, and these are abundant in Beijing.  If you want the high end, try Ferragamo or Charles Jourdan.  Otherwise, there is the entire gammit.

Go to the famous silkmarket in Beijing located around Yoangli. They take a lot of tourists there to get things because more than likely they have everything and anything that you are looking for. They would definitely have handbags and I'm sure you can find highheel shoes there too.
