Q: Why do people think temper tantrums are cute?

From little emperors to "sa jiao"-ing women in their 20s, it seems that temper tantrums tend to be celebrated here, what's up with that?

Who exactly is "celebrating" that? Certainly not me! It's childish, moronic and selfish behaviour.

I would venture to say that very few, if anybody, on this site finds it "cute".

No, they are not cute, my son is having one right this very minute and I can assure you, he does not look cute. In fact, who 'does' find them cute? I've seen girls pout and they seem to think this is attractive or endearing (it is not) but tantrums themselves? Nope, you've lost me there.

What on earth is cute about adults behaving like spoilt little kids, and what is cute about spoilt little kids behaving this way because there parents either lack the skills or the motivation to raise well rounded children. If I had a gf here that behaved like that she would definitely be on a one way journey down the road.

Well said Tom! I heartily agree! But heh, this is the land of spoil the kid rotten..especially the little Princelings! :( NOT!!!!!!!!!!!

I had one about trying to get 30,000 out without using an ATM, spent an entire day going to banks, My GF just walked away because I said they were lazy. I went the next day without her and they had to send a fax, no problem. But if I loose it, she won't listen. I was just venting. Maybe not cute, but she won't listen.

A:Your potential employer is right! Demand for Medical exam before granting Z visa is to make sure, you won't be entering China in any abnormal and harmful to others condition.Few days after your arrival to China, you'll be required to complete another ME ... If ME in China will be OK, you'll get a Residence permit stamp into your book some 10-days afterwards. Imagine, you're an employer, who can sponsor my entry and work in China, but after my arrival to China would be found I carry some sickness, which would prevent Chinese .gov to issue a Residence permit. Rule is: Z visa should be converted into Residence permit in 30-days after entry to China.    So, my advice is:"Complete ME in your home country and forward medical results to your employer".Z visa grant will follow shortly afterwards. Employer is not wrong at their demand for the pre-arrival ME from your home country hospital.   -- icnif77
