Q: why is the foreign teacher often manic paychosis or still have difficult to find?
our foreign teacher sometime to terrorists us when we have late payment too long， but for our school is sometimes standard because teacher always get their money just sometimes is late， why the foreigner cannot understand sometimes pay to be late？
if we not pay he come in teach kids bad word like the bitch, have entire student room say 《bitch need have my money》！ this not not normal，they is children， but we cannot find a repacement teacher how to find，last time he teach kids this when parents all watching，they very angry！please how to find the repacement foreign teacher

in western countries you have a rule of law, i do the work and you pay as agreed on time.
most of the world outside china people are paid on time and you have a contract that states when you are suppose to pay,
no excuse for teacher not working, no excuse for teacher not getting paid , we also usually get paid the day the period ends, not the next damn month.
you can screw foreigners over on most things, but not the pay, we will leave for another school when the contract finishes.
i was 48 years old when i arrived in china and this was the first job i ever got my pay late in my entire life.
The ONLY reason pay can be late is MANAGERIAL INCOMPETENCE, if you cannot do your job properly how do you expect to attract teachers who can do their job properly?
How can we possibly help you find a teacher when you just told us that pay is always late? And its something that is normal and to be expected? You can't expect someone to work well when their incentive for working is not there.
Also, teachers are here for usually a short time. They dont have the safety net of relying on family if they run out of money and arent getting paid. And as for borrowing from friends, no one wants to be the one that is always asking for money from friends.

Your school sounds just like what I have been looking for. I would be glad to come and replace the bad foreigner 
Because when a school does not pay its teachers on time, foreign or local, the school is robbing and disrespecting the teachers, foreign or local.
If your school were to cultivate some honesty, then you would not have this problem.
