I had this dream last night that I got  fired by a boss my dream made it up. Last time, I had this dream then soon after I got fired.

So I start panic and applied several jobs immediately after the dream. I don't want to be jobless and poor again when I don't have much money.

After the problem going on with the two girls, have not closed any sales deal after a month of working there. I wonder if he will replace me?

The girl who's leaving was in charge of posting recruitment information, then the boss asked me to in charge of posting recruitment ad. Holy crap, I saw the girl just refreshed the sales manager recruitment ad. lol. I am the sales manager, so why refresh this job position? I wonder if the boss wants to replace me, but I deleted that ad.

Then after several days, the boss told me his budget for recruiting sales is between 4K-5K. I told him there's almost no way I can get someone speaks fluent English for that money and I asked for 6K as the budget. Then he declined and said it to me that he already hired me with high salary and he's not going to spend a lot to hire sales agajn and he said then it's my duty to train those less experienced sales latter. He told I could go talk with foreign customers if they want to meet if the sales can't speak English fluently.

lol I am wondering what's his plan on his mind? Do you really think he'll pay 10K if I don't make sales in theee monthes even my job is amanager? It's just a small Chinese company, I wonder he would invest that much money on me. He kept asking me when the South Africa or some other customer will place order.

But that's an industry deal won't be closed fast. I am sure even if he replaced me, there's less chance the new manager can make sales happen fast. The boss seem not happy with me to not make sales and not get along with those girls now. I only have been in this company for 35 days.
