There are lots of opportunities here in China for both native and non natives (I assume you meant non native speakers of English). It's whether you are prepared when opportunity knocks. If you don't have what it takes for whichever industry you want to be in, perhaps you could pursue those qualifications first. The other way is to see what you can contribute with your present skills set. Perhaps your job search may be easier that way.

Because Chinese English level is generally low, and employers are able to judge FT's English proficiency just by their (Native English) passport, and other documents (BA).

 If you would want to learn Chinese, you would prefer Native Chinese teacher, not Chinese teacher from Japan or Zimbabwe.

By 2016, there will be 300 M English language students in China. If every FT works with average of 200 students, China needs 1.5 M Native English teachers. From where?

In Japan, S. Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, there is provision in Law 'English teacher MUST hold Native (big 5) English passport, to qualify for Working permit' (work legally). 

No such provision in Chinese Law as of yet? Good luck!

Why do "I" have few jobs for non natives? I don't even have jobs for natives or locals. But I am looking for someone to clean my apartment for 100rmb a month. 

If I want to learn Chinese I will prefer a American because it will be more easy to get rather if we compare Chinese English what they said getting too much time to understand ..

In answer to your question, the law in China is that any foreigner who wants to work in China must possess a skill that no Chinese person can do. Thus, we therefore need our foreign expert certificate, as I'm sure you know. The priority for Beijing is to protect the job market for their own people (which I respect, since the population is so huge,they must put the needs of their people first). Therefore, we could never get a job as a policeman, a construction worker, in the subways, etc. Any company that wishes to hire you must be able to demonstrate to the FEB what your particular skill is, and that it can not be found among the native Chinese population. Of course, there are a few ways around this, which I won't get into, but this generally is why so many native English speakers are English teachers. Hope this clears it up a little for you!

Because they really don't know what is a Native ! a Native can be a non-Native people also, for example, someone who speak perfectly English, it is considered to be a Native level, so he/she is a Native !  If they reffer at specific nationality, then yes, can say peoples from  US are admited instead of peoples from Spain ! But they say it wrong as Natives, Native it is any person who speak a laguage at a Native level !   They are doing a big discrimination between peoples here,  same as they call us all "foreigners" instead to specify the Nationality !

And there are lots of "training centers" and most of them really have not any license to function legal ! They rent an apartment ( more friends ) and open a kindergarten and post an ad :" we need Native English teacher" and add a hige salary os 15K rmb /month just to attracting someone to work for them ! When is the  time to get paid, you get nothing ! When is  the time time to report them to police, police will take you firstly, asking you how did you worked without Z visa ?  If you try to tell the the "company" promised to help for Z visa , etc..  you will be fired first. The Chinese side can find easy excuses with police as they now their culture here better than you.  A lot of cases like this in the last time here.  So, I am happy I am non-Native ! I am not attracted of this jobs and also they don't want me ! Hahaha !

English is the lingua franca of the international community. This came about with the spread of English through the might of the British Empire. At the peak of their powers they had a third of the world under their feet. After their fall, the Americans took up the slack and exported their democratic capitalistic model all over the world. 

Therefore in almost every country English is taught at some point in the formal education system. 

Assuming that you are correct in saying there are fewer opportunities for non-native English speakers, which is open for debate, then it's simply down to a supply and demand model for each job sector. 

For example if a China based company is selling to South America there would be demand for Spanish native speakers to overcome cross cultural communication problems. However the Chinese side may still hold communications in English with the employee because a lot more Chinese people are familiar with English rather than Spanish. Again this can be explained away by the opening history argument. The cycle reinforces and results in a positive loop for the demand for good English speakers whether native or non-native. 

If what you are saying is correct the labour market is simply taking the path of least resistance in meeting its needs.

a very good question, me too i don t understand why? i see the comments here, they give example that if you want to learn chinese you will prefer native chinese speaker, it is somewhere right, but the problem is that they ask about native english speakers to teach mathematics, phisics, fashion, ...., so what is the reason here?
