Q: Help??????? My boss gave me choice.

I changed to a new job and the boss told in the interview that he can pay me 7000rmb base plus commission as sales manager candidate. So I happily started working on the new job and I have been a very hard working employee to edit the clients information the boss assigned to me and I did lots of overtime working too. But the boss told me that I am not qualified to be the manager yet according to my performance. He told I either get paid based on 7000rmb to leave or take 5000rmb to work as a normal sales in the company.

I am new in the company and I have been studing really hard for the CRM system, products and working my ass off to complete the clients information date boss assigned.

The company has 3 sales working there already, they have been working there for years. My boss told my ability is just sales level, maybe even not as good as the sales came before me. I have worked in this company only for 6 days.

What do you think of my situation and any good advice?

Perhaps if you spent more time working on his work instead of trying to poach his clients then you would earn your 7000rmb.

You are still doing your own work when you should be focusing on his work. A full time job is a full time commitment.

As an employer, it is failure on his part also that he failed to judge your capability in the job interview. Reducing the salary is obviously breach of trust and contract.

Having said that, without getting into legality of your job contract, I suggest wise thing to do is to cut your losses ...... and quit.

What if he had told you this after one month ?

Or after a months hard work, he realizes that instead of him paying you any salary,

it is you who should pay him money for giving you a chance to get the work experience !!
