Ok this is for real this time I tried to move to another city and they said i had to get a release letter from the phone company or i would get blacklisted and now i went to talk to them and they said they would not give me release letter cause they dont like me or they pretended to be too good for me now im gonna get blacklisted and railroaded out to god knows where this is total bs why is the whole system rigged to give us a hard time its like theres conspiracy so some sinister force can profit i bet its the recrutiers cause theres no way i shuoldnt get my release letter for the phone company cant anyone step up and save us serious answers only plz?

Sorry to break the news....I suspect you have been duped into buying an illegal phone contract. There is an easy solution though. Just dump your existing sim card in the bin then go to the new city and get another illigal phone contract.
But whatever you do, dont try to cross the border out of China with an illigal sim card....They will fine you 25 RMB and order you to the back of the line.
I have a mate got caught one. It took him an extra 2 hours to cross into HK.
