a friend here in jinan at the medical school studying to be a doctor tells me china has skin diseases that are not known anywhere else in the world, he says even border countries dont have these skin diseases
It's probably just you. The acne thing I don't see it happening. Only when it's stressful I may get an occasional one. I do notice that my hands smell like dirt everytime I step outside so I need to make sure I wash it clean and so do you. People have been telling me that my breath stinks, but I can't smell it myself. So I would have to take their word on it. I guess you can say in a way it is. It's probably affected my hygiene especially on the subways!
TedDBayer:
You are Chinese, did you use mouth wash, brush and floss your teeth? Or are you licking things on subways? I don't understand.
Maybe you are not used to the climate. If you have dirt or bacteria on your face, sweating can contribute to a chain reaction causing acne. It's important to keep your skin clean, wipe away sweat, use 2.5% benzoyl peroxide after washing, spot treating with alpha hydroxy acid, lactic or glycolic acid.
I get heat bumps (oil clogged) from the heat.
It could be the food.
I get terrible sores and acne like symptoms whenever i eat Sichuan or Hunan food.
The spiciness just does not agree with my palate or my skin.
